Project Brief: The Getting Talent Back to Work initiative encourages companies to hire people with criminal records. As the lead interactive designer at SHRM, I was in charge of creating several pieces of collateral promoting the initiative, including a website, a digital toolkit, digital ads, and social media graphics.

Humanizing people with criminal records.

In researching existing anti-recidivism sites and resources, many were cold, sterile, and data-driven. In designing the website (and the overall digital brand) I aimed for a more-people focused design with a warmer and more intimate color palette.
